IT Support Engineer - Active Directory - Coventry - £23k 
An experienced IT Support Engineer, with knowledge of Active Directory and ideally MCP level, is required by a leading organisation based in Coventry. A salary of up to £23k is offered for the role depending on experience.

--- THE ROLE --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who will have the following: 
- Experience of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support 
- Good understanding of Active Directory environment on Windows Server 2003, including group policy 
- Experience of liaising with 3rd parties for hardware / software maintenance 
- Experience of Backup Exec and Exchange 2010 
- Ideally qualified to MCP / MCITP level

- Be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues 
- Be responsible for the day to day IT operations 
- Oversee creation and maintenance of end-user documentation 
- Maintain IT hardware and software licences 
- Manage agreed IT projects
